What the service does本サービスの内容
Business Box lets you publish a booking page, keep it in step with your Google or Microsoft calendar, take payment for appointments, and manage the bookings that result. We provide the software. We are not a party to the appointment you agree with the person who books it.Business Box は、予約ページの公開、Google または Microsoft カレンダーとの同期、予約の決済、および予約の管理を行うためのサービスです。当方はソフトウェアを提供する立場であり、お客様と予約者との間で成立する個々の予約の当事者ではありません。
Your accountアカウント
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, and that account is your workspace. Keep it secure: anything done through it is treated as done by you. You must be able to enter into a contract, and the details you publish about your business must be accurate.Google または Microsoft アカウントでサインインし、当該アカウントがお客様のワークスペースとなります。アカウントは適切に管理してください。当該アカウントを通じて行われた行為は、お客様による行為とみなされます。お客様は契約を締結する能力を有している必要があり、公開する事業者情報は正確でなければなりません。
Subscription and paymentサブスクリプションと支払い
The service has a single plan with a 14-day free trial. After the trial it renews for the published fee until you cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails we allow 7 days to fix it before access is limited. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.本サービスの料金プランは単一で、14 日間の無料トライアルが付きます。トライアル終了後は、解約されるまで表示された料金で自動更新されます。決済は Stripe が処理します。請求ページからいつでも解約でき、支払済み期間の終了までご利用いただけます。決済に失敗した場合は、機能を制限するまでに 7 日間の猶予を設けます。支払済みの料金は、法令上必要な場合を除き返金されません。
Paid bookings are your sale, not ours有料予約の売主はお客様です
This is the most important term for account holders. When someone pays for an appointment, the sale is between you and them.アカウント保有者にとって最も重要な条項です。予約に対する支払いが行われる場合、その売買はお客様と予約者との間で成立します。
- You are the seller and the merchant of record. Money is paid into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. It does not pass through us and we take no commission.お客様が売主であり、販売業者（merchant of record）です。代金は Stripe Connect を通じてお客様自身の Stripe アカウントに直接入金されます。当方を経由することはなく、当方は手数料を受領しません。
- You are responsible for actually providing the appointment, and for what you promise about it.予約された役務を実際に提供する責任、およびそれについて表示した内容に関する責任は、お客様が負います。
- You set the refund policy on each event type, and you are responsible for honouring it, for any refund you agree beyond it, and for handling disputes and chargebacks with Stripe.返金ポリシーはイベントタイプごとにお客様が設定します。その遵守、これを超えて合意した返金、ならびに Stripe における係争およびチャージバックへの対応は、お客様の責任です。
- You are responsible for your own tax, invoicing and consumer-law obligations, including, for businesses selling in Japan, the disclosures required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.税務、請求書発行および消費者保護法令上の義務は、お客様の責任です。日本国内で販売を行う事業者の場合、特定商取引法に基づく表示を含みます。
If you are booking an appointment予約される方へ
Your agreement for the appointment is with the person or business whose page you booked on, not with us. Their cancellation and refund policy is shown before you pay and applies to your booking. Contact them first about the appointment itself. Contact us if something in the software goes wrong.予約に関する契約は、当方ではなく、予約したページの運営者との間で成立します。運営者のキャンセル・返金ポリシーは支払い前に表示され、お客様の予約に適用されます。予約の内容そのものについては、まず運営者にご連絡ください。ソフトウェアの不具合については当方にご連絡ください。
Acceptable use禁止事項
Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to publish content you have no right to publish or that is misleading about who you are, to work around its limits, to probe or disrupt it, or to gather other people's calendar or personal data for any purpose other than running your own bookings.法令に違反する目的での利用、未承諾の一括メール送信、公開する権利のないコンテンツや発信者を誤認させるコンテンツの公開、利用制限の回避、サービスへの探索行為や妨害行為、および自身の予約運用以外の目的で他者のカレンダー情報や個人情報を収集する行為を禁止します。
Services we depend on依存する外部サービス
The service works with Google, Microsoft and Stripe, and your use of those is also governed by their own terms. We cannot guarantee their availability, and if you disconnect one or its access is withdrawn, the features that rely on it will stop working.本サービスは Google、Microsoft および Stripe と連携しており、これらの利用には各社の規約も適用されます。当方はこれらの可用性を保証できません。連携を解除した場合、またはアクセス権が取り消された場合、これに依存する機能は動作しなくなります。
Availability and changes可用性と変更
We work to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and it is provided as is. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we plan to withdraw something you depend on, we will give account holders reasonable notice.当方はサービスの安定稼働に努めますが、中断や不具合がないことを保証するものではなく、本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。機能の追加、変更または廃止を行う場合があります。お客様が依存する機能を廃止する予定がある場合は、アカウント保有者に相当な予告を行います。
Liability責任の制限
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost data or indirect loss.詐欺、または過失による生命・身体の侵害を含め、法令上制限できない責任を制限するものではありません。それ以外については、法令が認める最大限の範囲において、本サービスに関連する請求に対する当方の責任の総額は、当該請求の発生前 12 か月間にお客様が当方に支払った料金を上限とし、逸失利益、予約の逸失、データの喪失その他の間接損害について当方は責任を負いません。
Ending the agreement契約の終了
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that has not paid, or where we are required to. If we close your account without cause we will refund the unused part of your current period.お客様はいつでも利用を終了し、設定ページからアカウントを削除できます。当方は、本規約に違反したアカウント、支払いのないアカウント、または法令上必要な場合に、アカウントを停止または閉鎖することがあります。当方の都合で正当な理由なくアカウントを閉鎖する場合は、当該期間の未使用分を返金します。
Changes to these terms本規約の変更
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, where a change materially affects account holders, tell them by email beforehand. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.本規約を変更する場合があります。冒頭の日付を更新し、アカウント保有者に重大な影響を及ぼす変更については事前にメールでお知らせします。変更後も利用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
Governing law準拠法および管轄
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Japan have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.本規約は日本の法律に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。ただし、消費者としてお客様の居住地で訴訟を提起する権利を妨げるものではありません。
